Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of AYUV, provided by KriyaNco Services (operator of AYUV). By using AYUV, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AYUV, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AYUV.

What AYUV is

AYUV is a personal health-record (PHR) and wellness-support application. It helps you record and view your own health information.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use AYUV. AYUV is for adults only.

Not a medical device — no medical advice

Your responsibilities

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — for example, do not attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

AYUV, including its name and software, is owned by KriyaNco Services (operator of AYUV). The health information you enter remains yours.

Service availability

AYUV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AYUV is provided without warranties of any kind, and KriyaNco Services (operator of AYUV) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of AYUV. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the decisions you make. AYUV is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

Health reference information

AYUV provides health and wellness information. Anything AYUV shows you is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, a prognosis, an emergency service, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Where AYUV describes where a reading sits against published guidance, that guidance may be informed by recognised health and clinical bodies, including the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the ICMR National Institute of Nutrition (ICMR-NIN), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other recognised bodies where appropriate. Citing a source does not mean that source has reviewed, approved or endorsed AYUV. AYUV does not claim endorsement by ICMR, ICMR-NIN, WHO or any other body, and does not claim to be clinically validated.

When a laboratory report supplies its own reference range, AYUV shows you the range that laboratory provided. AYUV does not replace it with a general range of its own.

Reference information is general, and what is appropriate for you can differ with:

Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional to interpret your health information and to make any medical decision. If your symptoms are urgent or you think you may have an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified clinician immediately — do not rely on AYUV.

Published sources AYUV refers to include:

Deleting reports and your account

You can delete an uploaded report from within the app. Deleting a report erases the uploaded file itself, together with values read from it that you had not yet confirmed. Health values you had already reviewed and confirmed remain in your health record, and AYUV keeps a record showing that the original report was deleted. If you want those values removed as well, you can remove them separately, or delete your account.

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
