Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AYUV account and its data at any time. Deletion cannot be undone, so we recommend exporting a copy of your data first.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open AYUV and go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete my account.
2. Verify it's you: AYUV asks you to sign in with Google again (recent re-authentication).
3. Type DELETE in the confirmation box to enable the delete button.
4. Tap Permanently delete my account.

We recommend using Profile → Data & privacy → Export my data first — your data cannot be recovered after deletion.

What is permanently removed

• Your AYUV sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
• Your stored profile and all health records (your Firestore user data).
• Any files stored for your account (Cloud Storage objects).

This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@ayuvfit.com from the Google account email associated with AYUV and ask us to delete your account.

We verify ownership using the Google account associated with AYUV, and we process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.
